So much can be said about mothers and daughters and their relationship. The play "Dear Mom" puts the words and feelings of daughters about their mothers on the Auburn Public Theater stage, Thursday through March 8. "Dear Mom" is based on letters daughters, from 18 to 88 years old and from across the world, wrote to their mothers.

This class is designed for novice writers, as well as seasoned authors, who desire to hone their creative skills and refine their unique voice through the art of playwriting. By semester's end, each student will have a complete one act to submit to APS's playwriting competition. The winning playwright (s) will see their work performed by professional actors at the end of the semester’s acting showcase.
